Memberships

A wide variety of memberships are available to suit individual needs. Our professional staff are always on hand to guide and support you in reaching your health and fitness goals.

All memberships have no lock in contracts. Suspension of membership is also available, please refer to terms and conditions for more detail

Gold membership

This membership is for the individual and offers access to our:

Fully equipped gym with state of the art cardio and strength training equipment
Personalised programs
Group fitness classes (dry and aqua classes)
Aquatic facilities (heated 50m pool, toddlers pool and baby pool)
Steam room

Fees are paid fortnightly via direct debit:

$45.50- per person

$38.70 - with concession *

* Concession discounts apply. Proof of concession type required (valid full time student card from an Australian institution, health care card, pension card, Veterans Affairs Pensioner Concession Card, Veterans Affairs Gold Card).

Family gold membership

This membership is for the family and offers access to our:

Fully equipped gym with state of the art cardio and strength training equipment
Personalised programs
Group fitness classes (dry and aqua classes)
Aquatic facilities (heated 50m pool, toddlers pool and baby pool)
Steam room

This membership is for the individual and offers access to our:

This membership is for the individual, over 55 years of age, and offers access to our:

Fully equipped gym with state of the art cardio and strength training equipment

Steam room

$31.00 per person

Youth gym membership

This membership is for the individual, between 12 to 18 years of age, and offers access to our:

Fully equipped gym with state of the art cardio and strength training equipment
Personalised programs
Group fitness classes (land and aqua classes)
Aquatic facilities (heated 50m pool, toddlers pool and baby pool)
Steam room

For any new member, it also offers one complimentary personal training session.

Membership - terms and conditions

A summary of terms and conditions for memberships is as follows:
Health check	You must be physically and medically sound to proceed with exercise. if at any time your physical status changes, you must inform staff. You must take note of any additional area specific, rules, guidelines or recommendations listed on signage prior to entering different areas of the Centre.
Membership card	Your membership card must be presented to staff upon entry to the Centre. You will be required to pay for any replacement card.
Suspension of membership	You can suspend your membership at any time, debit payments will be suspended from the day that you let a team member know. You must provide and end date to your suspension.
Refunds and Cooling off period	All requests for refunds within the first seven days of joining will be honored in full, providing the facilities and services have not been used. If the membership has been used during the first 7 days then the applicable costs will be deducted from the refund entitlement. Any refund due will be calculated, pro rata, on the basis of the balance of the paid membership remaining at the time of cancellation.
Upgrades and downgrades	You can change your membership type at any stage by contacting the customer service team. if upgrading to a higher level, additional costs will apply.
Price increases	Fees and charges are set by Council with any changes to become effective annually on 1 July. You will be direct debited every fortnight from your membership from the bank you nominate.
Member conduct	Members are required to abide by the centre rules and requests from staff. Threats or inappropriate behaviour towards other customers or staff will not be tolerated. Customers will be escorted from the centre if behaving inappropriately.
Personal training	Members and guests are not permitted to conduct their own personal training or coaching sessions to other members of the facility.
Under 18	Persons under 18 years of age are required to have the membership application signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Cancellations	Cancellation of memberships can occur at anytime. If the membership has been used during the period, then the applicable costs will be deducted from the refund entitlement.
Direct debits	Debiting from your account will happen from the date you agree to the TS&C's. You will be direct debited every fortnight from your membership from the bank you nominate. You are expected to have available funds for each direct debit. if there are not enough funds at the time of processing, Council will add any bank fees it incurs from that transaction to your account.
