Winter Swim Challenge 2025 - 25 in 25
This years challenge runs from Sunday, 1 June - Thursday, 31 July 2025
Participate as a Member or a 10 or a Swim 10 pass holder.
Simply swim at the EWMAC facility 25 times over the challenge period to be entered into the draw for your chance to win prizes.
1st Prize 1 x month free membership or 10 visit pass plus $50 Campaspe Aquatic retail shop voucher and a ZOGGS pack Plus a Laurie Lawrence Going for Gold book.

Terms and Conditions :
i. To enter the Winter Swim Challenge you must have an active Membership and or 10 Visit Pool Pas
ii. Participants are responsible to track and record progress. Lap recording sheets are located at reception.
iii All lap results will be validated and audited. Any discrepancy in results may result in disqualification from eligibility of the prizes.
iv. Laps can only be completed at the EWMAC facility.
v) The prize draw will be held in August.
vi) Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credits
vii) Maximum of one prize per participant.

Lap pool
Our 50 metre, 8 lane pool, has a maximum depth of 1.8 metres so it can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities.
There are always allocated lanes available for lap swimming, but it also hosts our aqua aerobics programs, aquatic education program, school swimming program, swimming squads, pool lane bookings and personal training. The shallow 25 metres in lanes 7 and 8 is reserved for public access water play.

Inflatable
Challenge yourself or your friends on our inflatable obstacle course!
All swimmers wishing to use the inflatable MUST do a swim test without swimming aids to show Lifeguards they are capable of swimming back to the edge of the pool or the lane rope.
Children must be 5 and over to use the inflatable as per the Watch around Water policy.

The obstacle course, including water slide, is available at the pool, as follows:

Toddlers pool
The heated toddlers pool has a maximum depth of 0.8 metres and is perfect for young children to lean to swim or just splash around.
Baby area
The area is available for use by children under 5 years of age who are under close supervision by an adult. The area has a shallow beach entry and has water jets spraying into the pool.
Accessibility
Our centre is easily accessible for all. Facilities include:
- beach entry pool
- wet wheelchair
- accessible change room, and
- ambulant toilets and change facilities with direct access to the pool area
- pool pod
Steam room
Our steam room offers the following benefits:
- relaxation and stress relief
- body cleansing and detox
- helps to soothe muscular aches and pains
- provides great assistance with asthma, and
- helps to induce a deeper sleep at night.
- Steam room is for the ages of 16+
Watch around water
The centre is an accredited Watch around Water facility, meaning:
- children under 5 years must be within arms reach
- children under 10 years must be kept in sight
- all children must be actively supervised.
